From your very first booking, an Account Manager will be there to ensure you get the most out of our partnership.

We usually like to set up an initial meeting at your offices, in order to get a feel for your business.
We will discuss your travel budget, your current spend and any other requirements; the more we know about where, when and how you travel, the better we can help you.

Following the initial meeting, an in-depth travel assessment is conducted by our team who actively compare your spend with the best available fares and rates.

Apart from actively searching for savings on every booking you make, your Account Manager also carefully analyses your spend behaviour and overall travel patterns. Depending on your travel spend your Account Manager feeds that information to our Commercial Director who will then work to negotiate a special route or hotel fare on your behalf.

Your Account Manager is a trained travel management expert. He/she specialises in complex international itineraries and can handle all extra services such as insurance, leisure travel, car hire and airport lounges.
